Basically, this is to make you come up with a plan whenever this stuff happens for example!

you’re trying to quit smoking! every time you want to quit smoking you go for a run! make it into an instinct!

routines are great the mind loves routines!

External order and strength play a big role together! A clean environment keeps your mind strong and tough

Have a Higher Purpose! (For example, do it for your future! do it for your parents so you could help them die easier!)
